Not all bodywork is created equally.
At Shanti Bodywork, we understand that each individual has very unique needs. By discussing exactly what your needs may be, we are able to create a bodywork session just for you and provide relief, relaxation and an overall sense of “Ahhh.” Your session can include massage, reflexology…or a combination of the two!
Whether you are training for a marathon and need deep, structural work, or you are training for motherhood and need some relaxing and pain relieving pre-natal attention, we will work together to develop the perfect plan. Welcome balance and relaxation into every bit of you of your being. During a reflexology treatment, your mind, body, spirit – and feet, of course! – will be pampered. Our session will encourage your body to heal, and you will leave feeling restored.
Shanti Bodywork supports and welcomes individuals in every stage of life, and every situation – from teen athletes and “average” adults, to those working through injury and surgery rehabilitation, those working through emotional trauma (e.g. PTSD), and those with physical limitations – we are wheelchair-friendly.
Please note that session availability is typically a few weeks in the future, as I am a single practitioner. Feel free to be added to my cancellation list by asking me to do so in the Notes section of your appointment request. Also, feel free to follow Shanti Bodywork on Facebook, as last minute cancellations are posted there as well.

Infant Massage
- Happy Baby, Happy Parent Private Infant Massage Class $120
In this hands-on private session, mom will spend an hour with her baby learning the value of infant massage, reflexology, and yoga, and how to use these techniques to promote baby’s wellbeing, and grow the bond between mother and child.

Sarah is amazing! She has a fantastic understanding of the body and how life circumstances can be reflected in your areas of tightness. Everything about her practice is easy - from booking an appointment with her to explaining your needs and goals for the session - she is incredibly responsive and understanding.
Most importantly your experience during the massage is completely comfortable, relaxing and rejuvenating. When I leave, I think about the next time that I will need to go back to hit the reset button on my body!

Located on the 5th floor and easy to find, my new space at 100 Cummings Center (Suite 538-K) in Beverly MA is full of beautiful natural sunlight, spacious, and quiet. There is an airy, welcoming waiting room for relaxing if you happen to arrive early, and the new treatment room is cozy and boasts a brand new hydraulic table, which will allow for more flexibility and comfort during sessions.
