Shanti is now distributing Biofreeze!
For several years, I have used Biofreeze in my practice. A wonderful, topical cold therapy gel, Biofreeze is the gold standard for many, from Massage Therapists and Chiropractors to Physical Therapists and Sports Trainers. It helps decrease inflammation and has a wide variety of applications in sports, chronic pain, and acute pain (e.g. those pesky “tweaks” from shoveling too much)
Biofreeze is not available in stores, and due to many requests, I’ve begun selling it at my studio! You can purchase it from me directly, or from the front desk at Yoga Sakti. Cost is $15 (cash or check please).
